Keenon distributor • North Jersey

Service, delivery & cleaning robots, proven in your building.

Summit Robotics brings Keenon service, delivery and cleaning robots to restaurants, hotels, hospitals and venues across North Jersey — running food, making deliveries and bussing tables, and sweeping, scrubbing and vacuuming floors, so your team can stay with guests. We don't start with a sales pitch — we start with a working demo in your building, during your real service.

Demo-led, not brochure-led

See it work in your building before you decide

A robot that looks great in a showroom still has to handle your dining room at 7pm, your hotel corridor, your narrow back-of-house door. That's why our process is built around a live trial.

1 Demo on your floors

We bring the robot to you and run real tasks — real routes, real trays, real floors.

2 Deploy & map

We map your space, set routes and stations, and tune the robot to your layout.

3 Train your staff

Your team learns charging, daily checks, task scheduling and basic troubleshooting.

4 Local support

North Jersey support after go-live — not a call center across the country.

Watch them work

Don't imagine it — drive it.

This is a working miniature of a Summit deployment floor. The T10 runs deliveries from the kitchen, the C40 sweeps and scrubs on its own loop — brushes spinning, lidar sweeping, both reporting back live. Send them somewhere yourself: tap a room on the floor plan, or use the dispatch buttons.

The core lineup

Service, delivery & cleaning — three robots, one team.

Summit's featured lineup covers all three jobs. The T10 and T9 handle service and delivery — food, drinks and items, run after run — and the C40 handles cleaning: sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing and dust-mopping floors day or night. All three run on Keenon's navigation and fleet platform, so they can work side by side in the same building.

Dinerbot • FlagshipDINERBOT T10

The delivery robot that also markets for you. The T10 carries food and drinks on open-access trays, then turns every trip through the room into brand presence with a movable head, interactive buttons and a large 23.8″ screen for menus, specials and promotions. AI tray detection, tray lights and voice prompts guide guests to take the right dish.

Dinerbot • WorkhorseDINERBOT T9

Built for the longest, busiest shifts. The T9 / T9 Pro is the high-load workhorse of the DINERBOT line. A shock-absorbing chassis and PID control keep acceleration, braking and turns smooth to help prevent spills, while trays with radar sensors detect when a dish is placed or taken. Marker-free VSLAM navigation means no ceiling markers to install.

Kleenbot • 4-in-1 cleaningKLEENBOT C40

Sweeps, vacuums, scrubs and dust-mops — in one pass. The C40 is Keenon's 4-in-1 cleaning robot for spaces from 500 to 4,500 m². A triple-brush design keeps dry and wet cleaning separate, dirty water is recovered as it scrubs, and the battery swaps in 5 seconds — so it can keep working across long shifts while the building is open and in use.

The labor math

Repetitive runs and routine floors are where the hours go

Robots don't replace hospitality — they take the repeat work: dish after dish to the same tables, delivery after delivery down the same corridors, and floor after floor swept, vacuumed and scrubbed on schedule. That frees your people for guests, details and the work that actually needs a human. Try your own numbers:

Running food, bussing, room deliveries and routine cleaning — combined across your team.

Wage plus taxes, benefits and overhead — use your real figure.

Optional — what you currently pay monthly for a floor-care, cleaning or temp-labor contract. Leave at $0 if you don't have one.

Time you could reallocate

1,248 hrs / year

That's the scale of repetitive work a robot fleet can absorb and keep consistent — shift after shift, including nights and hard-to-staff hours.

Contract cost per year− $0
Net — labor value minus contract$22,464 / yr

With no contract cost entered, the net equals the full yearly labor value. Add a monthly contract cost on the left to see the net after that cost.

Industries served

Built for North Jersey buildings that never sit still

From Bergen County restaurants to Hudson County hotels and Essex County medical centers, the right robot depends on your routes, floors and peak hours. We match the model to the job during the assessment.

How it works

A structured path from first look to a working fleet

No pressure to buy from a spec sheet. Each step earns the next one.

01

Assess

We walk your site — door widths, elevators, floor types, peak hours, charging spots — and listen to where your team loses the most time.

02

Recommend

You get a plain recommendation: which robot, for which tasks, and whether purchase, leasing or RaaS fits best. If a robot isn't a fit, we say so.

03

Demonstrate

The robot comes to you and does the real job on your floors, with your staff watching and trying it themselves.

04

Deploy & map

We map routes, set pickup and delivery points, configure schedules and safety settings, and test at your busiest hour.

05

Train

Hands-on training for operators and managers: daily care, charging, task management in the Keenon app and cloud platform, and what to do if something stops.

06

Support & scale

Local North Jersey support after launch, performance check-ins, and a simple path to add a second or third robot when the first one proves itself.

Flexible options

Own it, lease it, or subscribe to the outcome

Different buildings need different math. Financing is available on purchases and leases — terms are quoted per business and robot, with nothing hidden in a headline price.

Purchase

Buy outright

Best when you know the robot will run daily for years and you want the asset on your books.

  • Full ownership from day one
  • Financing available
  • Setup, mapping & training included in your quote
  • Local support from Summit
Robotics-as-a-Service

RaaS subscription

Pay a recurring fee for the robot, deployment and ongoing service as one package.

  • Predictable operating expense
  • Deployment and support bundled
  • Scale up or adjust as needs change
  • Ideal for pilots and seasonal demand

Why Summit

Local support is the product

Anyone can ship you a box. Summit is based in North Jersey, so assessment, demo, deployment and follow-up happen in person, in your building, with people who know your routes and your staff by name.

  • In-person site surveys — we measure the tight doors and turning points a spec sheet misses.
  • Mapping & tuning on site — routes set for your service, not a generic floor plan.
  • Staff training included — operators and managers, not just a manual.
  • A local first call — when you need help, you start with Summit in North Jersey.

Questions

Before you book a demo

We bring the robot to your building, map a real route and run your real tasks — a lunch service, a delivery run, a corridor clean — with your team present. You see how it handles your doors, floors, elevators and guests before any commitment.
Both carry up to 40 kg. The T10 is the flagship for guest-facing spaces: a 23.8″ advertising screen, movable head and a tighter 59 cm turning profile. The T9 is the workhorse: longer battery (up to 15 hours), a shock-absorbing chassis for smoother, spill-conscious runs, and a focus on pure delivery volume.
The C40 is designed to take routine, repetitive floor care — sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing and dust-mopping large areas on schedule — so your existing team can focus on washrooms, spills, touch points and detail work. Most sites redeploy hours rather than cut them.
Multi-floor operation and elevator integration are available on suitable Keenon models and buildings — the BUTLERBOT W3 is designed specifically for it. Elevator compatibility depends on your building's system, which we check during the site assessment.
Purchase suits a proven, daily, long-term need. Leasing spreads the cost monthly with financing available. Robotics-as-a-Service bundles the robot, deployment and service into one recurring fee and is often the lowest-risk way to pilot. We lay out all three in your quote so you can compare the same robot three ways.
The C40 is a 4-in-1 cleaning robot — sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing and dust mopping, with dirty-water recovery — sized for spaces from 500 to 4,500 m². Its triple-brush design keeps dry and wet cleaning separate, it cleans up to 1,100 m² per hour along a 40 cm scrubbing path, and it fits through gaps as narrow as 65 cm.
